GOD LOVES
all people. No exceptions. That is the center of our faith. God’s love is at the center of creation. When we, humankind, express love and care and commitment and passion for eachother, we are making God’s love manifest in the world. We at Spirit of Truth take this faith seriously, and practice it. We are a community of organizers and social activists, of many religious and non-religious backgrounds, who work to make this love real. We practice it in weekly song-and-prayer gatherings. We practice it in strategic organizational campaigns. And we practice it on the streets, taking action for the things we believe in. We have fought for labor rights—and won. We have fought for economic justice—and won. Now we will fight to let God’s love spread freely, against those who mistakenly believe it is God’s will to limit that love by passing an amendment that would write into our state constitution a ban on the right to
